I've Come to Get Me! - $125

This is a 1-hour energy medicine and shamanic healing session. Helen combines energy medicine and shamanic modalities to provide healing for individuals who seek relief from physical, emotional, psychological, & spiritual challenges. Long distance (online) unless we agree to in person arrangements.

Healing the Inner Child - $920

5 one-on-one healing sessions. These 2-hour sessions are specifically designed to take a client through a five-stage transformational journey to heal and repair attachment and abandonment issues rooted in childhood. They include sharing, teachings on child developmental stages, embodied guided visualizations, and guided interactive journeys. Each session designed to help clients learn more about themselves, identify defensive patterns rooted in infancy and childhood, and learn how to observe and interrupt those patterns to develop more freedom in their adult lives.

The Sacred Road - $360

4 one-on-one energy medicine/shamanic healings. Please note that booking this appointment only confirms one of 4 sessions. You may book all 4 now, by making 4 different appointments.

Workshops

Re-Enchanting Ourselves: An Introduction to Shamanism - $35 per person

When: Saturday, July 1st, 12-2pm Eastern time/9am-11am Pacific/6pm-8pm BST
Where: Zoom

In this 3-hour class with Helen Klonaris, participants will be introduced to shamanic worldviews and practices, and go on a journey to experience connecting with the Spirit of Nature. We will explore Shamanism as a way to connect to the Spirit of Life in all things. Through shamanic practice we can remember our connections to Earth, Ocean, Forests, and the Greater Cosmos, and live a more joyful, enchanted existence.

We Are All Made of Stars: Shamanism for These Times - $275

In "We Are All Made of Stars," participants will be introduced to the shamanic worldview and its core practices for self healing, healing of others, and to bring balance and health to our communities and our planet.

Participants will learn about the history of shamanism and core shamanic practices, including storytelling, creating altars and sacred space, journeying for self-healing, including soul retrievals, and (re-)connecting with Nature so that we may once again realize our deep interconnection with all life.

You Are the One You Have Been Waiting For: Soul Retrieval Workshop - $300

In this weekend workshop we will explore the shamanic worldview, connect to nature and nature spirits, learn to travel in non ordinary reality, and practice the art of soul retrieval to bring back parts of ourselves that have been lost. We’ll use storytelling and the writing of personal myths to deepen our connection to the spirit realm. We will dance and connect with our ancestors, spirit allies, and with ourselves.

These ancient earth-based practices help us restore our vitality, our lifeforce, and our sense of self and purpose in the world.
